Every Will Dispute is different and will have varying levels of complexity and reasons for being challenged. During his talks Stephen is able to draw upon his experience to illustrate how issues could have been avoided at the point the Will was drawn up, and how the FDR Law team have been able to help in cases where specialist legal expertise has been required. The talks are thought provoking and audiences are asked to consider what they would do in this situation.
