Nisha Kanungo

Nisha qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined our team in 2026 as a Consultant Solicitor specialising in providing independent legal advice (ILA) on residential and commercial lending transactions.

She has extensive experience in a corporate environment, progressing to Deputy Head of Legal before establishing her specialist ILA practice in 2024.

Nisha completed her law degree and professional qualifications at the University of Law in Birmingham. She achieved a commendation in the Legal Practice Course, including distinctions in Property Law and Civil Litigation.

Outside her legal practice, Nisha is an experienced property investor and developer, bringing practical commercial insight to her work. She also has a keen interest in health and fitness.
