Natasha Crisp

Natasha is a Consultant Recruitment Executive, bringing several years of experience in healthcare recruitment and social care support to FDR Law and the wider AIIC Group.

She previously worked as a support worker for looked-after children for three years, gaining valuable frontline insight into the care sector. She then moved into compliance within health and social care recruitment, where she spent nearly four years developing strong expertise and achieving a record of making 31 candidates fully compliant in a single month.

Natasha now focusses on sourcing and placing qualified candidates efficiently, using her combined experience to deliver practical, effective recruitment solutions. She is a strong problem-solver who approaches challenges with a calm and efficient mindset.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her pets, helping maintain a healthy work-life balance.
