Geraldine qualified in 2001. She has specialist experience in New Build transactions and commercial property, and high-net-worth residential transactions, including secured lending, and unregistered land.

Geraldine has worked with auctions, stair-casing, and complex transactions including offshore set up for property purchase, and sale and purchase of agricultural land for change to residential use.

She can act for all matters for residential property including sale, purchase of both freehold and leasehold land. Geraldine has worked extensively for properties within central London.
