Craig has specialised in residential conveyancing since 2007 and has extensive experience in all types of property transactions. He regularly assists with freehold, leasehold and shared ownership sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build properties. Buying and/or selling a home can be an extremely stressful time but Craig strives to ensure that the process is as quick and smooth as possible by planning ahead to meet deadlines and managing expectations.
