Ashley Saltibus

Ashley is a solicitor with nearly 10 years of experience specialising in commercial property and residential property law. She holds a degree from Staffordshire University and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University. She initially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive before cross qualifying as a solicitor.

Since joining the legal industry in 2015, she has gained extensive experience in commercial property whilst working at global firms. She has advised on development matters, including landlord and tenant transactions, land acquisitions, options, overages, wayleaves and infrastructure projects. She has also worked closely with housebuilders and property developers.
Her residential property experience includes but is not limited to, new builds, shared ownership, auctions, refinances, transfers of equity, sales and purchases. With nearly a decade in the field, she offers practical and strategic legal guidance across a wide range of property transactions.
