Vicki Coulthurst heads up the residential conveyancing department at the firm’s Warrington town centre office. She gained a law degree from Sheffield University, joined the firm as a solicitor in 1991 and was made a partner in 1993.
Over the years, she has dealt with all types of land and residential property transactions, such as selling and buying, repossession, shared ownership, affordable housing, right to buy, transfers and re-mortgages. She is an expert in rights of way legislation, transfer of those rights, legal obligations and deed variations. Vicki has also worked on the purchasing of development land, as well as preparing the legal infrastructure to be able to sell out individual plots. She heads a strong team which means that all cases, whether simple or complex, can be dealt with effectively and efficiently to meet appropriate deadlines. With more than 20 years’ operating within the Warrington business community, Vicki has excellent contacts with mortgage lenders, estate agents and other professionals involved in residential property. She works hard for her clients to make sure that the process of moving home is as stress-free and straightforward as possible.
Away from the office, she used to be a keen sportswoman but has recently become more of a spectator and taxi driver to her children. She can sometimes be spotted cheering on Manchester City FC.
