Tim Jordan has been a qualified solicitor for over 28 years and for the last 18 years has specialised in residential property transactions. This involves dealing with sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages for all types of properties from multi-million pound estates to small apartments. He also has considerable experience of handling shared ownership properties, equity release and the ever growing complexity of new-build transactions.
His particular speciality is leasehold property, both houses and flats. As well as dealing with their acquisition and disposal, he has also dealt extensively with lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.
He tries hard to demystify conveyancing legal jargon for his clients and make the process of moving home, buying and selling property, as straight forward and stress-free as possible.
One of his career highs was successfully completing the acquisition of a large Central London property on behalf of an aristocratic client – although sadly he had to turn down an invitation to a celebratory cocktail party!
