Suzanne Scriven qualified as a solicitor in 2007 after having first qualified as a legal exec and achieved these qualifications whilst working part time for a law firm.
She has represented parents and children in court proceedings as well as experience in divorce cases.
Suzanne firmly believes that children should be focus when there are warring parents and that going to court should be a last resort and that it is better for the whole family to resolve things before getting to that stage.
Proceedings can be very emotional for clients and Suzanne is known for giving robust advice whilst being appropriately sympathetic as she is guiding clients through the process.
Suzanne teaches law to undergraduate Open University students and is the FDR Law Family department Lexcel co-ordinator.
