Norman Banner provides specialist advice on the drafting of Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney. He has considerable experience of dealing with all aspects of private client work, including Deeds of Variation of Wills and applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy or for making a Statutory Will through the Court.
Norman has spent all his professional life in Warrington and has been involved with many voluntary organisations in the town. He is a founder director of Cheshire Community Foundation and has just stepped down as Chair of St Rocco’s Hospice after many years in service.
In the 2018 New Years Honours List, Norman was recognised for his charity work across Warrington and Cheshire with an MBE. His investiture took place at Buckingham Palace in March 2018 by a ceremony hosted by HRH Prince Charles of Wales.
