Matthew Davies

Having spent 14 years in Legal, Software and Engineering operations, Matt joined in September 2025 to lead our Partnerships program. Matt studied classics at the University of Western Australia before moving back to England to complete the Graduate Diploma in law in York. Following stints looking after teams in London and Canada, Matt settled in Leeds working primarily from home and the Peterborough office.

With a Legal tech and Business Development background, Matt supports and drives growth both internally with consultants and as the lead when forging new innovation partners.
