Lynne is a specialist commercial property solicitor and joined the commercial team at FDR Law in spring 2015.
She deals with all aspects of commercial property law from landlord and tenant issues to leases, surrenders and licenses. Her previous experience has involved dealing with land acquisition and disposal for a wide variety of clients, and large corporate disposals including a car dealership and a major house builder.
Her specialist area of expertise is insolvency-related property law. She has previously acted for administrators, receivers and liquidators in property disposals and acquisitions.
Lynne qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined FDR Law after working for 14 years as a commercial property solicitor for the large Manchester law firm, DWF.
Away from work, she is a mother to two young children and a parent governor at Stockton Heath Primary School.
