Kim Hayton joined FDR Law as HR Director in May 2016 to develop the new Employment service; FDR hr and to head up the FDR internal HR function.
With over 16 years’ experience in HR consulting, having successfully run a private consultancy business HaytonHeyes, Kim provides a valuable business centric approach to HR issues and specialises in human resources development, consultancy and management training within public, private and not for profit sectors.
Kim is FCIPD qualified and a certified life coach and brings a wealth of leadership and people management experience.
Out of the office, Kim is a qualified Netball coach and B award netball umpire and on occasion finds the time to play.
