Karah Lane
Karah Lane is an expert in family law. She has experience in a variety of areas ranging from divorce, separation and financial disputes to adoption, children’s care proceedings and residence/contact issues.
In 2012 she was appointed to the Law Society’s Children’s Panel which means she can be called on by family courts to represent the interests of children involved in acrimonious divorce or care proceedings. She acts as a child’s independent champion to help ensure their interests are paramount in any court decision-making. She believes protecting children’s interests is one of the most worthwhile jobs a solicitor can do.
Karah is also one of a diminishing number of solicitors able to take on legal aid cases. She and her colleague Ruth Hetherington are currently the only two solicitors in Frodsham qualified to deal with legal issues regulated by the Children’s Panel.
Karah strives to achieve the best possible outcome for all her clients and their children.
