Josh has been working in residential and commercial property since 2017 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2024. Before making the move to Consultancy, Josh has spent time working in market leading firms in the East of England including a UK top 50 law firm.

He has vast experience in dealing with Freehold, Leasehold, New-Build, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Commercial re-financing and secured lending amongst other things.

Josh is known amongst his clients for his efficiency, communication and going above and beyond to get a transaction over the line.
