Ian Sydenham joined FDR Law in November 2014 and heads up FDR Law’s Wills, Trusts & Probate department based in Warrington.
Ian trained at Chester Law College and has worked in Cheshire and Chester since qualification and has previous experience as a Private Client partner at Hill Dickinson and Knights in Chester.
Ian specialises in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and personal tax planning. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and the Law Society’s Private Client section. Ian is also a fluent Welsh speaker and has translated a number of will precedents into Welsh.
