Hamdi Najib

Hamdi qualified as a solicitor in 2023 and has developed expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing. His specialties include the grant of new leases, the assignment of existing leases and the sale and purchase of residential properties.

Hamdi read for his bachelor's in law at Royal Holloway, University of London and subsequently completed his Master of Law at the University of Amsterdam. He then undertook the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law and subsequently completed the Notarial Practice Course at UCL.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Hamdi is a fluent Arabic speaker, enabling him to provide clear explanations of property transactions in Arabic upon request. Outside of his role as a consultant solicitor, Hamdi is one of the few Arabic-speaking notaries in England.
