Gary Heaven trained in Birmingham but has practised in Warrington for over 20 years.
Over the years, Gary has encountered most human failings and crimes known to criminal law, from priests cycling on the motorway to murder. Regardless of the nature of the case, he believes his role is not to judge but to listen, advise and defend a client to the best of his ability.
In addition to offering advice and representation in general criminal matters, Gary is also experienced in representing individual and corporate clients in regulatory law matters, such as Health & Safety, environment and pollution cases.
His more unusual cases have included defending a client at a military court martial in Germany and representing a football fan who ran onto the pitch and attempted to strangle a Premiership referee after a last-minute penalty was awarded.
