Daniel is an Associate Solicitor specialising in serious and catastrophic personal injury and clinical negligence claims. He qualified in 1993 and was formerly a Principal Lawyer at the national firm of Slater & Gordon and prior to that he was national head of Clinical negligence at Fentons solicitors in Manchester.
He joined FDR Law in November 2016 to head up their personal injury and clinical negligence team.
He is experienced in handling cases involving spinal injury, brain injury, serious orthopaedic injury and all areas of clinical negligence including surgical negligence, GP and dental negligence. Daniel has earned extensive recommendations from clients and peers who praise his approachable nature and meticulous preparation of cases. His practice principally encompasses brain and spinal injury claims. He has previously been recommended in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
Daniel is a member of the Law Society, on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) where he is accredited as a Senior Litigator. He is a committee member of Greater Manchester Neurological Association and a panel member of BASIC.
