FDR Law advise pub chain on £17.9m sale Warrington based pub group Bravo Inns has been acquired by the Hawthorn Leisure arm of property investment firm NewRiver REIT plc in a deal worth £17.9m, with FDR Law’s Corporate team...
Chris Illingworth has worked within the sphere of residential property throughout his legal career and draws upon that experience to head up the New Build team at FDR Law. He works with developers looking to sell homes of sites that they have developed and also with individuals who are buying a newly built house or flat.
The developer work frequently involves meeting face to face with the developers at their office to scrutinise plans and Chris is happy to get involved at this early stage to ensure that the individual properties are sold with as efficiently as possible.
Alongside the new build work, Chris maintains a caseload of traditional sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity transfer. He deals with a large number of leasehold properties, along with shared-ownership purchases and sales. The majority of these properties are now in London where he has built a following amongst clients and also mortgage brokers who want their clients to be given a first class service.
Chris is committed to providing quality and accessible conveyancing service. Each client is put at the heart of the legal process and receives regular updates as their case progresses. He acknowledges that moving home, the purchase of a new investment property or indeed any activity involving a solicitor can be an anxious time. By being approachable from the outset, he wants no-one to be left wondering where their case is up to or when they are going to complete.
