Jennifer Roulston is an expert in all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, separations and she specialises in financial settlements, including advice on businesses and pension matters. She is frequently involved in cases involving Shareholders of Companies. She is often instructed in respect of Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements.
Jennifer is instructed on a regular basis to act on behalf of and advise fellow Solicitors and Barristers. Based on her reputation most of her cases are recommended to her from her previous or existing clients.
She is one of the few recommended Lawyers listed on the Panel of Reunite International, which was established to deal with international child abduction and movement of children across international boarders.
She joined the Firm in 2006 after practicing on the Fylde Coast for several years and was made a Partner in 2009 and became Head of the Family Department in February 2015.
One of her recent highlights has been a high profile case successfully challenging the MoD to release a DNA sample to prove a deceased soldier’s paternity.
Jennifer is also a member of the Warrington Veteran Family Liaison Board.
