HR Support, Policy and Advice

Our specialist team of HR advisers and Employment Law experts provide an outsourced HR Department designed for businesses without  in-house HR support or who need additional guidance to support  HR teams or Owner Managers.  This service can be on an ad hoc basis although a retained basis is the norm.

The telephone/email support is available during core business hours and provides guidance on every-day HR questions from calculating holiday pay to family friendly queries, recruitment, selection and induction processes, grievance, disciplinary and performance matters.  

You will be guided through the options available, given advice on the potential outcomes of each route, agree the best one on balance for your business and provide support  through the whole process.

Our team also provide a Health Check service to review all existing employment contracts, Staff Handbooks and HR policies and procedures to ensure that your business is compliant and up to date with Employment Legislation.

HR Consultancy / Business Partner

For businesses that may or may not have an HR strategy but require additional on or off site support, FDR HR can provide Project support at a strategic level for the development of your organisation and people.

For example, this may include a business restructuring programme, support with the handling of people issues during mergers and acquisitions,  TUPE programmes to ensure the smooth transition of HR processes and employees from one company to another.

HR Training

We offer a range of business related workshops and bespoke training to bring your business and people together.
