Business is booming here at FDR Law and we've just recruited seven new staff to join us in a variety of roles.

Thanks to a reinvigorated property market and greater confidence in the local economy, we have experienced a growing demand for its legal services, particularly in conveyancing.

Emma Allchurch, a conveyancing solicitor, and Alison Herdson, a conveyancing executive, have boosted the residential property service in the firm’s Stockton Heath office and solicitor Chris Illingworthwill head up professional conveyancing services in their Frodsham office.

The busy family law specialists in Stockton Heath have been bolstered by the arrival of Rachel Kendrick as a chartered legal executive and in Warrington, Ian Murrayjoins the accounts office and IT support gets extra help from Andrew Glover and FDR Law’s first apprentice, Jack Peters.

Oliver Burton, CEO, is delighted the firm is in a position to expand. He said: “All law firms have experienced some challenging times recently but the fact we are able to take on seven new staff within the space of four months is a sure sign that the local economy is now in a much better place.

“The property market is one area where activity is now at a very healthy level again which is good news for all the professionals who are involved in this sector.

“I am also very proud to recruit the firm’s first young apprentice who will be learning new work skills under the expert tuition of our seasoned professionals in the IT department.”

The new recruits join more than 100 staff at FDR Law’s offices in Palmyra Square, Warrington, Walton Road, Stockton Heath and High Street, Frodsham.
