There when you need us
Why use a lawyer?
Picture this: You have frozen pipes in the attic which burst in the middle of the night. Is it likely that you’d climb up to fix the leaks yourself? Suppose that you do and that you fall and break your leg; is it likely that you would try and fix the break yourself?
The answer to both questions is probably no, despite the fact that in the middle of a winter’s night a call-out plumber would cost you more than a tank of petrol, but the chances are that you would pay for professional expertise to get the job done right and safely.
Why, then, would you choose to fix your difficulties with the criminal justice system yourself?
Did you know – since 1997 over 3,000 new criminal offences have been created.
Speed cameras spring up more rapidly than roadside weeds and it’s never been easier for the innocent to be accused of breaking the law.
It’s never been more necessary for people to avoid do-it-yourself representation and there simply is no need to go it alone.
Why FDR?
Whatever your needs we have the people and whatever the time of day or night you can always reach us. Unlike others, our emergency number comes directly through to us – call us on 07808 140659.
Although our experience and resources enable us to defend you whatever the offence or whichever the court you may have to face, some of our main services are outlined below:
Avoid the risk
Being the accused can be one of the worst experiences in anyone’s life and so, unless you’re the type who would try do-it-yourself open heart surgery, don’t go through it alone. If you find yourself accused in the criminal justice system, call us first.
Police Station Assistance
People who have been arrested, or who are called to interview by the police, are often interviewed alone, but why? You might think you’re innocent and you can handle it, but can you?
Court Attendance
Attending court as the accused can be a trial for anyone’s nerves, whether it’s their first time or not. Our advocates have an understanding of this and will apply many years’ experience to ensure that you have someone to listen, to advise you and to fight your corner in court.
On the Road
Whether you are at risk from the forest of speed cameras, or from picking up your mobile phone ‘to take an important call, or from a host of other offences it’s never been easier to break the law. However, if it’s easy to be caught in a trap it’s not so easy for the police to convict you if you make it hard for them.
