How it works

It is vitally important that you minimise your exposure to employment disputes; because of this we conduct an employment health check of your procedures and contracts.

The employment health check is only required during the first year of the scheme as we will then keep you up to date with changes in employment law, how it affects you and the implications of tribunal decisions.

Advice is then provided through an ongoing Adviceline.
