Tim Jordan was admitted as a solicitor in 1986 and joined Forshaws Davies Ridgway in 1996. Tim is a highly experienced property specialist and joint Head of Conveyancing.
Tim has great knowledge and experience of high value residential conveyancing with a particular emphasis on leasehold work, including lease extensions and freehold purchases.
Tim works very closely with clients, investors, developers, brokers and agents and has developed a strong reputation for providing a fast, comprehensive and cost effective service.
Tim undertakes a great deal of leasehold work and is one of a small number of accredited members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) within the North West.
