Ruth Hetherington has over 20 years experience in family law, recently specialising in Children Law.
Ruth is on many specialist panels accredited by the Law Society, including children and domestic abuse. She is also a member of the Cheshire Family Justice Council and on three of their sub-committee groups. This involvement highlights the reputation that Ruth has gained for being one of the region’s most respected Family specialists.
Ruth also has extensive experience in divorce, separation and financial matters arising from these situations.
In addition, Ruth also belongs to Resolution – ‘First for Family’ and is the Treasurer for Cheshire Resolution.
Ruth is a trained Collaborative Lawyer and a CPD Assessor for the Law Society.
