Peter started his career working for a major civil engineering contractor and then as a consultant engineer. During that time he developed a particular interest in environmental law and retrained as a lawyer.
Peter joined FDR in 2004 and is now an Associate in the Commercial Property Department. Having gained a considerable amount of experience, he undertakes a mix of private sector and public sector work and specialises in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, secured finance, development agreements and public sector grant funding.
Peter has maintained his interest in environmental law and regeneration and has been involved with a number of projects under the government’s Coalfields Programme.
