Parveen was admitted as a Solicitor in 2005 and, since qualification, has developed a niche in employment law.

Employment law is a dynamic area and the plethora of employment rights which individuals increasingly face means that Parveen regularly handles a diverse range of issues for both corporate and private individuals.

Parveen represents employers and employees in all areas of employment law, covering contentious issues including unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and other employment related claims, advising on compromise agreements; and non-contentious advice including advising on everyday topics and drafting legal documents such as contracts, restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements.
She has a particular expertise in advising employers in reorganisational issues, consultation on redundancies and business transfers.
