Margaret Evans was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 before becoming a Partner at Forshaws Davies Ridgway in 2004.
Margaret specialises in commercial law, with particular focus on corporate and commercial property matters. Margaret works with a number of high profile private sector organsiations and public sector bodies including telecoms operators and within the industry of sustainable energy technology, including wind energy.
In the Corporate field Margaret has a great deal of experience in relation to take-overs, mergers and acquisitions for organisations ranging from SMEs to large multi-nationals. In Property she is well respected for her commercial lease and development work as well as the advice she has provided to both the private and public sectors on development and regeneration projects.
