Deborah Hodd was admitted as a solicitor in 1982 and has over 25 years experience in commercial property work for both public and private sector clients.
Prior to joining Forshaws Davies Ridgway, Deborah previously held the position of Senior Solicitor for Warrington and Runcorn New Town Development Corporation.
Now Head of Commercial, Deborah has particular experience in managing large-scale commercial property transactions such as bulk housing stock transfers and portfolio sales.
Deborah also maintains an interest in charity law and advises a number of national and regional bodies on legal and constitutional issues.
