Tim Jordan was admitted as a solicitor in 1986 and is a highly experienced property specialist. Tim is also joint Head of Conveyancing.

Tim has great knowledge and experience of high value residential conveyancing with a particular emphasis on leasehold work, including lease extensions and freehold purchases.

Tim works very closely with clients, investors, developers, brokers and agents and has developed a strong reputation for providing a fast and comprehensive service.

Tim undertakes a great deal of leasehold work and is one of only a few members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisements Practitioners (ALEP).
