Stephen Woodall was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 and is an experienced commercial property solicitor. 

Stephen works predominantly on behalf of the public sector, specialising in the fields of regeneration, funding and large-scale commercial/ residential development.

Stephen’s client base has included the Commission for the New Towns, the Urban Regeneration Agency, Homes and Communities Agency and the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) together with a variety of local authorities.

Stephen is heavily involved in a variety of public/private partnerships including the proposed regeneration of a number of towns and sits on the board of Warrington & Co.
