Margaret Evans was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and became a partner in Forshaws Davies Ridgway in 2004.
Margaret specialises in commercial law, with particular focus on corporate and commercial property matters.
Margaret works with a number of high profile clients including a major telecoms operator, a number of other private sector organisations and public sector bodies. Margaret is well respected for her commercial lease and development work as well as the advice she has provided to both the private and public sectors on development and regeneration projects.
Margaret has also gained a great deal of experience in corporate matters in relation to take-overs, mergers and acquisitions. This work has ranged from working for SMEs to large multi-nationals
