John Hodd has been in private practice since 1989 and prior to that spent several years in Local Government, including responsibilities as Head of Legal Estate and Valuation Services.

John is experienced in a broad area of corporate law and commercial property. This work includes company and business acquisitions and disposals, commercial agreements of various types, all forms of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, joint ventures and complex property agreements across a wide range of property types.

John has exceptional experience of commercial law and offers a hands-on and personal service to clients of all sizes and stature, including new businesses, SMEs and multi national organisations.
