Gary Heaven was admitted as a solicitor in January 1982. Since joining Forshaws Davies Ridgway in 1992, Gary and been integral to building one of the largest criminal court practices in the region.

Gary has vast experience of working on most forms of criminal law, ranging from high profile murder cases to road traffic offences.

Gary has developed a keen interest in public law within the Criminal Courts and has prosecuted and defended a number of organisations in respect to environmental legislation.

Gary is a member of the Criminal Law Solicitors Association and the UK Environment Law Association.
