Emma was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 and is a member of both the Law Society’s Probate Section and the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).

Emma has extensive experience in the creation of Wills and the administration of Probate and Trusts.  

Emma has a background and in the administration and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, application to the Court of Protection for receivership appointments and the general management of patients' affairs. 

She also possesses expertise in applications for Grants of Representations and the general administration of a wide variety of estates and trusts, including those subject to inheritance tax.
