To sell a property, the owner has to prove that they have title to it. We draw up a contract based on the title and obtain any relevant documents associated with it. In order to make the transaction run as smoothly as possible and to facilitate the earliest possible exchange of contracts the seller’s information is then compiled in to a standard format.  This includes compiling a Home Information Pack at the outset of the transaction.
